Important information regarding your appointment
New patient to us? You must bring some form of ID on arrival – Passport or Driving Licence.
Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.
• We have no access to notes held within the NHS so please do bring along any information that you may feel is relevant and any investigates you may have had currently.
• Please also bring along a list of any medication you may be taking.
• Blood test costs are not included in your consultation.
In your appointment, it is likely we can thoroughly address your health issue(s). If, however they are complex, require more information, or you have multiple issues, a further appointment may be required. Your doctor will advise you of this when they meet with you.
You will not suspend your NHS services by booking with us. Please let us know if you wish us to inform your NHS GP about your consultation. We cannot do so without your permission.
You will find a cancellation link within your booking confirmation email - Please do let us know if you cannot make your appointment.
